The house is arranged over two floors.
On the 1st floor there is a living room with fireplace and a kitchen with dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Via an internal staircase leads to the second floor where there is a second bathroom and other bedroom with private terrace.

The house is perfect for couples or families with children, apart from the double bed is equipped with a cot.

We recommend the car to be able to move smoothly.

Bellissima villetta in Costa Rei con una vista panoramica stupenda. In pochi minuti in auto si raggiunge le spiagge di Costa Rei, il centro con diversi ristoranti ottimi come su nuraxi, l'aragosta e la gelateria mille meraviglie. Host communicated quickly and gave good instructions on how to reach the place. He came to pick us up and there was a nice welcome package by the host at the house waiting for us. very comfortable and nice! the view is STUNNING and breath-taking and the place is really nice and the house is not too warm even in summer peak time.

Wir sind von Cagliari per Mietauto nach Costa Rei. Den Weg haben wir per TomTom mühelos gefunden. Allerdings hat uns auch Davide den Weg zur Sicherheit per Mail beschrieben. In Costa Rei sind wir dann gemeinsam mit Davide zum Haus gefahren. Das Haus liegt ca. 6 Autominuten von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Wir wurden mit der Beschreibung des Hauses nicht enttäuscht, wirklich ein Traumblick auf die Küste! Das Haus hat fast ein 180° Panoramablick und ist trotzdem von den Nachbarn uneinsehbar! Davide war sehr bemüht und versorgte uns mit allen Infos, die wir benötigten. Vielleicht zu erwähnen wäre noch abschliessend, dass die Musik, die abends im Ort gespielt wird, oben im Haus zu hören ist. Die Band allerdings ist sehr gut und spielen sehr schöne Stücke... Wir haben es genossen.

Costa Rei is a beautiful place to stay, the house was further from the beach than I expected with a big hike up the hill. We have a three year old so really needed to take the car with us each time. However the view from the house was amazing and looking out over costa rei laid out below every day was fantastic as well as perfect for star gazing at night. The house was v clean and tidy and had everything we needed.
